After we correct what a ‘harem series’ is to Matt, we talk about some funny anime related video, Legend of Zelda manga, Providence Anime Conference having its act together, and more Dragonball live action photos.

The lack of releases, more SHAFT TV(we promise), Greg Ayers fetish for flipping people off ,and a review of what we call a ’shonen comedy’ which would be Midori Days. While the visuals are nothing to write home about, its got some enjoyable comedy that will keep you in the seats. Watch it with your friends. Its a good time.

We couldn’t leave you all hanging without a regular old SHAFT, could we? Well take heart, we have one right here. We hope you enjoyed our little April Fools action that we pulled.

This time around we dip into the ol’ mail bag and answer some long overdue email that we got into the show which bring up the topics of anime on an international level, SHAFT’s longest running gag about certain voice actors, and how much better we apparently sound. A little something for everyone.

On the news front we talk about Viz’s license of the first Bleach movie, Manga Entertainment jumping on the iTunes bandwagon, and One Piece off of Cartoon Network… a decline of anime from Cartoon Network or all of television?

We cover what little good releases we spotted a while back.

Then Chris gives us the low down on the first volume of xxxHOLIC. While the plot really stayed in one spot, the overall art style really kept you glued to this series. Give this a shot but you might want to talk to a friend or see a little more before you rush to grab this series off the shelf.
