We talked about Starz Edge Animidnight on the show earlier this week as a resurrection of Starz Action Animidnight. However, we recently found out about some extra titles being thrown into the mix which are Hellsing Ultimate and Black Lagoon.

Some notes here that are note worthy.

A) Starz showed the original Hellsing on its action network during the Halloween season before, so its nice they’re following up with more Hellsing.

B) Both titles are currently licenced by Geneon USA. As we know Geneon pulled back its anime holdings recently. This begs the question of, Will we see all of Black Lagoon? Hellsing Ultimate made it out of its DVD release… barely.

We won’t be seeing these on the program for quite some time, Hellsing Ultimate is slated for a February 11th showing and Black Lagoon is slated for a March 10th premier.
